Maven Investment Network
Dual-path participation system for investors and contributors, with long-term revenue sharing.
Definition
The Maven Investment Network provides the capital formation and talent necessary to scale the FORUS ecosystem. Mavens enter through either capital contribution or skill/time contribution (or both), creating multiple pathways to meaningful participation. Unlike traditional investment, Mavens benefit from ongoing revenue streams rather than exit-based returns — aligning incentives toward ecosystem health rather than short-term extraction. The Waterfall Bond Protocol enables every $1 invested to unlock $3–$5 in co-investment, creating a capital multiplier effect. Governance rights are proportional to both investment (MHX) and contribution (MHX-R).
The utility and governance token of the FORUS ecosystem — proportional influence through investment.
Reputation-based governance credentials earned through skill and time contribution, not capital.
Capital multiplication mechanism where every $1 invested unlocks $3–$5 in co-investment.
Decentralised autonomous organisation governing protocol evolution, fund oversight, and stakeholder representation.
